We become exactly what we think. An optimistic person will always look upon everything in a positive manner while negativity often reflects upon negative things around. The kind of thinking that we possess does not impact upon only a single sector of our life but the whole of it. Our health; be it mental, physical, emotional or social is highly effected by our thought process. Let’s have a glimpse at how positive thinking improves productivity in all spheres of life and negativity hinders growth.positive thinking, the power of positive thinking, optimistic, negativity

  • Optimistic people tend to stay happier whatever the situation might be. This helps them fight negativity, have great mental functioning, good memory and a robust immune system. While a pessimist suffers from sleep disturbances, emotional instability, weak memory and what not.
  • People with positive thinking move in the society with an enviable confident level and have higher self-esteem and self-regard which is lacking in people who ponder over the negative side of everything and are surrounded by negativity.
  • The people having the power of positive thinking are the ones living with hope which contributes to their achieving great heights and success in lives. Plus, they are able to form wonderful social relationships and are always full of energy and enthusiasm, unlike the pessimistic persons.
  • Negative people are known as bond spoilers. They face damn greater challenges in every walk of life and success comes to them with lots of hardships.
  • It is proven fact that the level of anger and the way of expressing it is much self destructive in negative thinkers as compared to those who think positively. This anger does a lot of harm not only to their own health but also to their relationships they might have worked hard all of their lives to maintain.
  • At workplace also, it’s the positive thinking and attitude that helps you reach desirable positions. Colleagues like to help a person who is smiling always and not yelling over petty matters. Positive attitude brings people together and thus supports great teamwork.
  • One of the most crucial benefits of keeping positive thinking  is that our mind stays peaceful and calm always. The ability to take good decisions is enhanced because of this clarity of mind. While negativity only facilitates less productive decisions in life.

Some quick tips to develop positive thinking and Optimistic attitude

  • Maintain distance from negative people  and surround yourself with happier souls. You will easily feel the power of positive thinking.
  • Indulge in your hobbies.
  • Learn to manage time better.
  • Have proper sleep and take some time out for exercises daily.
  • Have lot of water daily.

Flush off negativity

Researches show that people who live highly competitive lives and keep striving harder to attain perfection suffer from higher stress levels and an augmented tendency to develop negativity in their lives. They have certain harmful acids and chemicals in their blood that causes them sundry health issues and the chances of getting heart attacks are always greater in such persons.

So, why make our beautiful lives a toy for negativity to play with it. Staying happy and satisfied is how our life meant to be lived. Just practice this and you will be the proud owner of a longer and a better life.
